About the Role
Manage and Coordinate project deliveries/ delegated tasks with production team.
Review and QA/QC project deliverables.
Learn and demonstrate proficiency in software related to BIM / CAD
Learn and Demonstrate proficiency in construction trade knowledge (MEPF &Coordination).
Be a champion in the advancement of Scan to BIM / Scan to CAD
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Expertise with Autodesk programs – specifically AutoCAD and Revit.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Understanding of basic architecture modeling standards, MEP
Understanding concepts of BIM and scan to BIM
Exposure to and preliminary experience with some Building Information Model (BIM) systems (i.e., Autodesk Revit, Synchro, Navisworks, Sketchup and similar software suites).
Excellent computer skills, including high level of proficiency in MS Office,
Creative thinker with ability to work in a close-knit environment.
